PT Pelayanan Listrik Nasional Nusa Daya (PT PLN Nusa Daya) is one of the subsidiaries of PT PLN (Persero), engaged in providing comprehensive electricity services. Formerly known as PT PLN Tarakan, the company was established in 2003 and operated as an integrated electricity provider and distributor on Tarakan Island until 2016.
Since 2016, PLN Nusa Daya has continued to grow into a trusted company within the PLN Group ecosystem. PT D&C Engineering Company was established in 2007 in Jakarta as Indonesia’s first joint venture specializing in power-plant construction, commissioning, overhaul, operation, and maintenance. Supported by international partnerships, D&C delivers high-technology, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions for the national power sector.
Since 2008, D&C has completed over 48 major projects across Indonesia, including large-scale CFSPP developments in Cilacap, Jeneponto, Palembang Timur, Indramayu, and Sumbagsel-1. The company’s expertise covers EPC, Grade A–C overhauls, and long-term
O&M contracts.

PT. Dongfang Electric Indonesia was established in February 2015. Following a series of developments, the company was restructured into a joint venture between China and Indonesia.
