PT Shenhua Guohua Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (SGPJB) is a joint venture company between China Energy Investment Group (70%) and Indonesia’s State Electricity Company (PLN) subsidiary company PLN Nusantara Renewables (30%), which is officially established on January 13, 2016 to build Jawa 7 Coal-Fired Power Plant (Jawa 7). As part of China Energy Group’s overseas investment project in Indonesia through the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Management is highly committed to promoting environmentally friendly development by implementing Clean Coal Technology (CCT), ensuring the operation of Jawa 7 CFPP is safe, economical, and clean with efficiency for reliable electricity supply in the Java-Madura-Bali transmission system thus supporting the Green Development.
