Forbes Marshall

Since 1946, Forbes Marshall has been helping industrial plants improve efficiency, productivity, product quality and reduce environmental impact. We have established solutions across more than 30 industry sectors for steam and process instrumentation. This includes boilers, steam traps andaccessories, condensate recovery systems, control valves, automation systems, water quality analysers, steam and water analysis systems, emission monitoring and condition monitoring systems. We also offer services to improve and sustain key parameters of plant performance.

We have a global presence with 6 world class manufacturing facilities across India, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Our newest facility in Singapore caters to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

On average we have been able to reduce the fuel bill across textiles, food and beverage, palm refineries and oleochemicals globally by 24%. Our range of solutions address pain-points ranging across the plant, equipment or product. For example, our condensate and flash recovery solution improves and sustains the recovery factor. Similarly, at the equipment level, we resolve productivity bottlenecks and optimise energy consumption.

When addressing the needs of these industries in Indonesia, our Energy Benchmarking Study indicated that the potential savings ranged between 25-50%. The best plant in the beverage sector consumes just half the amount of energy used to produce a litre of beverage, while the best textile plant consumes 25% less energy than an average plant. Keeping this in mind, we conduct an in-depth assessment of your plant to identify potential areas of improvement. Our customised solutions ensure energy savings while increasing productivity and reducing the impact the plant has on the environment. This includes fuel and water savings, and reduced carbon emissions. We build long-term partnerships with our customers, collaborating to deliver and sustain the benefits provided, while empowering teams through knowledge sharing.
